Julie Ann (Brassell) Farrell

Mass of Christian Burial for Julie Ann Farrell, will be 9:30 AM, Saturday, November 4, 2017 at St. Bede the Venerable Church, 9114 Lakeshore Blvd. Mentor, Ohio. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.  Family and friends may call 4:00 - 8:00 PM, Friday, November 3rd at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville.

Julie was born to Robert and Bobbie (Stewart) Brassell, February 24, 1975 in Painesville and passed away October 31, 2017 in Painesville Township.

She was a 1993 graduate of Riverside High School and Cuyahoga Community College Police Academy.  Julie was a Deputy Sheriff for the Lake County Sheriff's Department for 22 years.  She loved horses and was very active in the 4-H Program.   She also enjoyed biking, and running, she ran and completed the Chicago Marathon.

Julie is survived by her children, Bailey Patrick Farrell, Riley Connor Farrell and Robert James Farrell; James K. Farrell, father of her children; step-sons, Ryan Farrell and Patrick Farrell; step-daughter, Anne Farrell; parents, Robert and Bobbie Brassell; sister, Ami Lynn (Tim) Rose; niece, Ashley Mileff; companion, Dan Stech.
