Daniel R. Estadt

Mass of Christian Burial for Daniel R. Estadt DC, 68, will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, December 9th at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 9925 Johnnycake Ridge Road in Concord Township.   Family and friends may call 2:00 – 4:00 PM and 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Friday, December 8th, at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville. Ohio.

He was born March 15, 1949 in Pittsburgh, PA and passed away December 3, 2017 at David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland.

Daniel graduated with highest honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic.  He practiced as a chiropractic physician in Wickliffe and Concord, where he served his patients with compassion.  He served in the U. S. Navy.  He was also a member of St. Gabriel Parish.  He coached track at St. Gabriel’s School and baseball at Lake Catholic.  Daniel was a role model and a cherished coach, who was blessed to have also coached his children.  He had a real interest in diet and nutrition, enjoyed weightlifting, body building, swimming, and loved spending time at the Painesville YMCA.

Daniel was a loving and dedicated husband and father, who loved catching up with his children and son-in-law.

He is survived by his wife, Elaine (Matzik) Estadt, whom he married June 10, 1972; son, Clinton Estadt; daughter Amber (Jason) Bara; brothers David (Jeannie) Estadt and Gary (Joan) Estadt; sister, Donna (David) Pollitt.

Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Joseph and Marie (Harlam) Estadt.
