Albert  Pocsics, age 80, of Mentor passed away February 24, 2023, at Lake West Medical Center. He was born April 24, 1942, in Painesville, Ohio to Steven and Anna (Bromley) Pocsics.

He worked as a mechanic for Morton Salt Company in Fairport Harbor and retired after 30+ years

Al enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing & traveling.

He is survived by his wife, Louise (Meo) Pocsics; daughters, Sandy (Paul) White, Jackie (Chris) Smith; son, Robert (Melissa) Pocsics; grandchildren, Nick (Chloe) White, Kristen (John) McCann, Julia (Zac) Taylor, Tim White, Tyler (Carrie) Pocsics, Brandon Pocsics, William Jones, great grandchildren, Savannah, Ethan, Jackson, Archer, Raelynn, Daniel; and sister, Janette Weber.

Al was preceded in death by parents and siblings, Stephen Pocsics, Richard Pocsics, and Marie Allen.

Family and friends will be received 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM Thursday,  March 2, 2023 at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held 1:00 PM Friday, March  3, 2023 at St. Bede the Venerable Church 9114 Lakeshore Blvd Mentor, OH.
