Anna Clare Kauppila, age 87, passed away September 24, 2021, in Richfield, Ohio.  She was born March 13, 1934, in Painesville to Andrew and Anna (Pennock) Mamrak.

Anna was a homemaker and a lifetime resident of Fairport Harbor. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.  Anna loved taking care of her family and spending time with her granddaughters and great granddaughter. She enjoyed going out to eat at local restaurants, playing the lottery, and watching local sports teams. She was an excellent baker and enjoyed dancing.

Anna is survived by her son Todd (Karen) Kauppila of North Royalton, grandchildren Kristen (Phillip) Kent, Lauren (Daniel) Kovach and Kaitlyn Kauppila, and great granddaughter Kylie Kent.

She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth M. Kauppila in 2013, son Scott Kauppila, daughter Wendy Kauppila, brother Edward Palko, and sister Florence (Rudy) Mohner.

Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Fairport Harbor.  Burial was at Riverside Cemetery.
