Anthony R. Seghetti, age 73, passed away May 31, 2026, at Madison Health Care in Madison, Ohio. He was born September 13, 1952, in Cleveland to Anthony Seghetti and Elizabeth (Williams) Seghetti.

Anthony proudly served in the United States Army 1972 – 1975. He was self-employed and owned and operated his own auto body business for many years.

He enjoyed fishing, cooking, riding motorcycles, and had a lifelong love of cars. But above all, he loved spending time with his boys. His sons and grandson were his whole world. Whether gathered around the table sharing a meal, telling stories, talking about cars, or laughing together, those were the moments he treasured most. Known for his quick wit and sense of humor, Anthony always had a joke, story, or clever remark ready to make those around him smile.

Anthony is survived by his long-time companion, Tina Rose; sons, Anthony Seghetti Jr. and Angelo (Taylor) Seghetti; and his grandson, Roman Seghetti.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Larry Seghetti and Ricky Seghetti; sister, Carmen Cooper; and his parents.

The family would like to recognize Tina Rose for her unwavering care, dedication, and support throughout Anthony’s later years. Her compassion and commitment allowed him to remain surrounded by love and family, and her devotion will always be remembered with gratitude.

Friends will be received 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio. Military Honors will be held at 8:00 PM.
