A celebration of life for Barbara "Sue" Tackett – Cz, age 70 of Willoughby, will be Saturday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio 44077. She was the daughter of Christopher and Sarah (Straughman) Price and she born on December 28, 1944 in Charleston, West Virginia. She passed away on September 19, 2015 at the David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland, Ohio. Sue was one of the Corporate Officers for 22 years with Great Lakes Power Products in Mentor, Ohio. Affectionately known as "Mama" Sue, she was a true lady who loved African violets, the color purple, and being one of "two peas in a pod".

She was married for 27 years to the late William Tackett. She was married for 5 years to John M. Cz III.
