She passed away on September 19, 2015 at the David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland, Ohio. She was the daughter of Christopher Hale and Sarah Nathalee (Straughman) Rice and she born on December 28, 1944 in Charleston, West Virginia. Sue was one of the Corporate Officers for 22 years with Great Lakes Power Products in Mentor, Ohio. Affectionately known as "Mama" Sue, she was a true lady who loved African violets, the color purple, and being one of "two peas in a pod". She was married for 27 years to the late William Tackett. She was married for 5 years to John M. Cz III. Survivors are husband, John M. Cz III; step children, John M. Cz IV, Kristin Cz, Megan Cz, William Tackett Jr., Carl Tackett, David Tackett; step grandchildren, Isabella Cz, Jason Tackett, Elizabeth Tackett, Joy Tackett, Sara Tackett, Michael Tackett, James Tackett, Ann-Marie Tackett, Cathy( Drake) Tackett; step great grandchild, Elliana Drake.
