Services for Bartlett W "Bud" Ward. age 88 a 58 year Mentor resident formerly of Painesville will be Wednesday at 11:00 am at the Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Ave. Painesville. Family and friends may call from 3-7 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery.

Bud Passed away peacefully January 10, 2015 at his home surrounded by his family

Bartlett served in the US Army during WW II serving in the pacific theater . He retired as a Lieutenant & Fire Mechanic for the City of Mentor after 29 years retiring in 1991. He was also employed by the former Earl Evans Chevrolet in Painesville .

Bud enjoyed gambling, road trips , but most important to him was family and friends .

He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends

Prreceded in death by his wife Barbara in 2001 Son John in 1998 and his parents John and Pauline (Willson) Ward, Brothers Robert, Phillip and William Ward, sisters Grace Ulvila and Alice Rhodes
