Beverly Ann
(Remaley) Dolan
July 17, 1941 – October 8, 2020
Beverly Ann Bev Dolan passed away October 8, 2020 in Concord Township. She was born July 17, 1941 in Cleveland to her beloved parents, Eugene F. and Ann (Stico) Remaley. Bev was a homemaker and a member of Church of the Brethren in Painesville Township. She enjoyed going to bible study at the church. She also volunteered at the Church processing financial contributions. Bev worked early in her life as a legal secretary, then after her children went to school as a Lunchroom Mother at Buckeye Elementary. She was considered to be the "neighborhood Mom" and always had a yard full of kids playing and swimming in their pool, and feeding them snacks and lunch. She was also a skilled seamstress, sewing clothes for family and even making elaborate Halloween costumes. She always loved crafting, but in her later years became very accomplished at hand making custom greeting cards for special occasions. More than anything, she loved spending time with her friends and family. Her best friend of more than 60 years was Janice Baker, close friends since they were teens. She was also especially close with her Sister-in-Law, Judy Dolan. Her Grandchildren meant the world to her, and she spoiled them all with gifts and goodies, and most of all, with love Bev is survived by her son, Randy (Heather) Dolan of Painesville Township and daughter, Terri (Michael) Kaehler of Painesville; grandchildren, Shana Gyure, Joshua Dolan and Paige Dolan. She was preceded in death by her husband Myles Dolan in 2007; sister, Bonnie J. Getzy and her parents. A Memorial Service will be held 7:00 PM Tuesday, October 13, at Church of the Brethren, 10410 Buckeye Road, Painesville Township, Ohio. Pastor John Ballinger will officiate. Donations in Bev's memory may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve or to Church of the Brethren.
