Brenda G. Butts, age 66, passed away at Promedica of Mentor on February 5, 2023.  She was born July 12, 1956, in Painesville to Ronald G. Williams and Jenny Wynell (Blankenship).

Brenda was a Tribal Citizen of the Cherokee Tribe of Northeast Alabama.  She was a homemaker, loved music, and enjoyed spending time with her family.  She also enjoyed crocheting.

Brenda is survived by her son, Timothy Butts; daughters, Tonya Butts (Mike), Tabetha Bennett (Chris), Tiffany Butts (Larry); brothers, Billy (Laura) Williams, Steve(Patty) Williams and Harley (Mindy) Kuhn; grandchildren, Brandon, Nate, Cody, Connor, Joey, Ryland, Siarah, Carter, JJ, Christian, Emily, Paisley and Hayden; four great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Butts; her parents and stepfather, Kenneth Kuhn.

Friends will be received 4:00-7:00 PM, Thursday, February 9, 2023, at Spear Mulqueeny Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville.   Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM, Friday, February 10th at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Perry Cemetery.
