Obituary

Private graveside services will be held at a later date, for Burton Taylor, age 71 of Painesville at Riverside Cemetery in Painesville.

Burton was the son of Charles and Nellie Ann (Fortney) Taylor born on April 1, 1949 in Rosemont, West Virginia.  He passed away October 27, 2020 at Tri-Point Medical Center in Concord Township.

Burton was employed by American Roll Formed Products for many years. He enjoyed painting his truck, listening to country music and playing scratch-off lottery tickets.

This man did not have one single mean bone in his body…so forgiving and full of innocent love.  Every weekend, for years, meant beer runs, lotto runs, trips to Subway and going to see "Uber Eddie" at the corner store and chatting with him on a Friday night.  Always the last one to eat at holiday dinners at Mom's house...telling jokes and laughing.  He will truly be missed by all.

He is survived by his sisters, Sarah Collingwood of Geneva, Rose (Ray) White of Painesville, Becky (Kevin) Stover of Daytona Beach Florida, Helen Combs of Painesville, Mary Loo Milkovich of Middlefield and Sandi (Joe) March of Painesville.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Russell Taylor, Charles Taylor, Homer Taylor, James Taylor and Robert Taylor, sisters Linda Hodgkiss, Debbie Sampson and Anna Sampson, and his parents.
