Funeral Services for Caroline June Palson, age 80, will be at 12:00 PM  Monday, January 9, 2017 at Calvary Fellowship Baptist Church, 727 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, OH.  Pastor Doug Reeder will officiate.

Born on December 17, 1936 in Durban, West Virginia, she passed away January 4, 2017 at Heartland of Mentor.

Caroline was a "house mother" at Andrews School in Willoughby for 20 years.  She was a member of Calvary Fellowship Baptist Church and loved singing in the choir.

She is survived by her son Mark (Mary) Tenkku of Mentor and grandson, Lucas.  Caroline was preceded in death by her husband, Vanda Palson; Parents, John Forrest Hughes and Mabel Alexis (Kincaid) Hughes.
