Mass of Christian Burial for Catherine "Katy" (Goblowsky) Barrish will be 10:00 AM, Friday, July 28th at St. Cyprian Catholic Church, 4223 Middle Ridge Road, Perry, OH.  Family and friends may call 6:00-8:00 PM, Thursday, July 27th at Mulqueeny – Spear Funeral Home, 312 Eagle Street, Fairport Harbor, Oh.

Mrs. Barrish was born April 30, 1928 in Fairport Harbor and passed away July 25, 2017 at Heartland of Mentor.

Catherine worked for the Lake County Department of Human Services. She also owned and operated Barrish's Beauty Shop in Madison.   She was a member of St. Cyprian Catholic Church.  She enjoyed gardening and swimming.

Catherine is survived by her sons, Keith (Wilma) Barrish of Madison, John Barrish of Westlake; grandchildren, Jeremy (April) Barrish, Mary Barrish, Michelle Barrish; great grandchildren, Mariann, Jacen and Hayden.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Barrish in 1994; sons, Lee Barrish and Chris Barrish; parents, Aloysius and Mary (Strazizsar) Goblowsky; brothers, George Gable, Frank Gable, Joseph Goblowsky and Phillip Goblowsky; sisters, Julie McCauley, Theresa Rusch, Ann Bellak and Mary Muskeni.
