Mass of Christian Burial for Chad W. Compton age 38 a lifetime Painesville resident will be 10:00 AM  Wednesday March 15, 2017 at St. Anthony of Padua catholic Church 523 Plum St. Fairport Harbor,family and friends will be received from 5-8 PM Tuesday at the Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Ave. Painesville, burial will be in Riverside Cemetery Painesville.

Chad was born on February 9, 1979 and passed away March 10, 2017

Chad worked with his brother at Compton Dry Wall Company for many years. Chad loved his family and many friends. He had a great sense of humor and brought smiles to the faces of anyone who was blessed to have known him. Chad was generous and very kind, and full of compassion for others. He will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his wife and childhood sweetheart Maribeth (Makela) Compton whom he married on July 1, 2000. His beautiful daughter and pride and joy, Kiley,  his mother Linda {Gebeau) Compton, brother, Kevin Compton, and  sister, Debbie Swatowski (Compton)

He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Compton in 1990
