Charles "Chad" Heyman, age 65, of Painesville, OH passed away December 31, 2021, at Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby, OH. He was born September 17,1956 in Cleveland, OH. and adopted by Maurice and Pauline Heyman.

He was a graduate of Worthington High School, Class of 1974. Chad worked in supply management for First Energy. He was active at Calvary Fellowship Baptist Church, and enjoyed fitness, golf and spending time with his family, especially his late wife, Patty (Knowles) Heyman.

Chad is survived by his son; Kyle Heyman of North Olmsted; daughter, Stacey (Will) Horner of Calumet, Michigan and sister, Kim Bowman of Worthington, OH.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Patty and his parents.

The family will receive friends 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Wednesday, January 5, 2022.  A memorial service will be held 5:00 PM, Thursday, January 6th, 2022, at Calvary Fellowship Baptist Church, 727 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, with Pastor Doug Reeder officiating.

The family requests that masks and social distancing be practiced.
