Memorial Services for Charles Wayne Price, age 88, of Painesville, will be 10:30 AM, Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at Hope Ridge United Methodist Church, 9870 Johnnycake Ridge Road, Concord Township, OH. 44060.  Pastor Beth Wilterdink will officiate.  Arrangements are being made by Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home in Painesville.

Charles was born September 1, 1928 in Logan, Ohio to Charles W. Sr. and Bernice (Gabriel) Price.   He passed away January 18, 2017 at Altercare of Mentor.

He was a graduate of Wittenberg University and taught art in southern Ohio and in the elementary schools of the Riverside School District.  He also played clarinet and saxophone in several area bands.  Charles also served in the U. S. Army during the Korean War.

He is survived by his wife Eleanor Jean (Bodnar) Price whom he married April 10, 1965; sons, Timothy Lee (Kenna) Price of Geneva and Darrin Todd (Tracy) Price of Mentor; grandsons, Maxwell, Andrew and Christopher Lee Price.  He was preceded in death by his parents.
