Funeral services for Cheryl M. Karohl, age 70, will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio.  Family and friends may call 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM, Tuesday, November 14th at the funeral home.

Cheryl was born October 27, 1947 in Cleveland, to Russell G. and Evelyn (Koroshes) Murphy.  She passed away, November 11, 2017 at University Hospital.

Cheryl lived in Painesville for 40 years.  She worked at Chase Bank in the check proofing department and at Heinen's in the food preparation department.  She enjoyed reading and crocheting, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Dennis W. Karohl; son, Dennis J. Karohl of Painesville; daughter, Dawn Karohl of Madison; grandchildren, Jordan Karohl, Jonathan Malave and Jacob Malave; great- grandchildren, Peyton and Jordan.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Russell A. Murphy and sister, Laurie Root.
