Obituary

Survivors: Wife, Virginia (Kingsmill) Young whom he married on November 21, 1959 in Painesville Daughter, Michelle (Tom) Bennett of Conneaut Sons, Tod (Barb) Young of Rock creek Thom (Fiancé Suzi) Young of Conneaut Grandchildren Billy "Joe " Goodman, Matthew Bennett, Madison Young, Jacob Young, Preceded in death by his daughters, Annette Marie in 1967 and Jennifer Joy in 1976, parents Lloyd L. and Leta J (Alderman) Young; Sister, Phyllis; Brothers, William, Raymond, and Roderick Served in the U.S. Navy from 1955 to 1959 and was in the Inactive Reserves until 1963. He was an aviation mechanic with the VA 95 Squadron aboard the Aircraft carrier Oriskany Chester graduated from T.W. Harvey High School in 1955, He was a member of the T.W. Harvey High school Alumni Assoc. Moose Lodge 490 in Painesville, Masonic Lodge 397 in Hartsgrove and AASR Valley of Cleveland. He was an assembler for Triax Company in Euclid and was a driver for Laketran Dial a Ride service. Chester enjoyed being with his family, and avid OSU and High School football fan, marching bands, county fairs and harness racing. Contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice
