Obituary

Graveside service for Clinton Lawrence "Larry" Arkenburg will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, February 21st at Evergreen Cemetery, 501 East Main St., Painesville, Ohio.  Family and friends may call from 5:00 – 8:00 PM, Monday at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio.

Larry was born March 24, 1942 in Willoughby and passed away at his home in Painesville, February 16, 2017.

He worked for Walmart for 21 years and Lubrizol for 15 years.  He served in the U. S. Navy during the Viet Nam war. He served on the first crew of the USS Enterprise.

Larry is survived by his sons, Mark Arkenburg and Guy Arkenburg; daughter, Connie (Christina) Probst; grandchildren, Ryan, Ashley, Collin & Mattison Arkenburg, Hailey & Jared Thompson and Lauren Tiffany Martens; three great-grandchildren; sister, Carol Evanson; former wife, Loretta Wolf.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlene (Grant) Arkenburg in 1999; parents, Clinton Willard & Zoe Geraldine (St. John) Arkenburg.

The family would like to thank Grace Hospice for their wonderful care of Larry during his time of need.
