Craig Jay Jeavons, age 63, of Painesville, OH, passed away November 19, 2021 at Tripoint Medical Center in Concord Twp., OH.  He was born September 15, 1958 in Cleveland, OH to Donald and Joyce (Heming) Jeavons.

He was a graduate of Mentor High School Class of 1976. Craig received his Associates Degree from Lakeland Community College.  He was a salesman for Spear Tractor in Chardon, OH. Craig's ability to tell stories, spontaneous personality and quick wit made him the life of many parties.  Craig enjoyed boating and fishing on Lake Erie, music and attending all types of events from concerts to rodeos.

Craig is survived by his mother, Joyce (Heming) Jeavons; children, Rachel Jeavons and Jesse Jeavons; sister, Dawn (Roy) Holly; brother, Dean (Deb) Jeavons; and former spouse, Lauren Jeavons.

He was preceded in death by his father.

A Celebration of Life service will be at 2:30 PM, Sunday, November 28, 2021 at Hope Ridge United Methodist Church, 9870 Johnnycake Ridge Rd, Concord Twp., OH 44060. Reception to follow.
