Daniel Johnston, age 70, went to be with the Lord, December 7, 2020, at Tri-Point Medical Center in Concord Township.  He was born September 15, 1950 in Pennsylvania to Roy Gid and Leina Alberta (Dixon) Johnston.

Daniel was a manufacturing engineer at Acme for many years.  Daniel enjoyed being the pastor of the Christian Motorcycle Association in 2000.

He was preceded in death by his son David Richard Johnston and his parents.

Daniel is survived by his wife, Kathleen (Warner) Johnston of Mentor and his stepchild, Cheryl Ann Consiglio.  Daniel's children are Margaret Webb and her husband Charles, Daniel Roy Johnston II and John Johnston and his wife Katie Johnston. Daniel's grandchildren are Fiona and Aurora Johnston and Jeremiah Webb.
