Danny Begay, age 63, of Painesville Ohio, passed away Saturday June 25th, 2022, at West Medical Center. He was born on April 14th, 1959, in Tuba City Arizona, son of Bennie Begay and Etta (Yazzie) Begay.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Glenda; son, Daniel; daughters, Deseriee Begay, Danielle (Daniel) Rodriquez, and Dannette Begay; Father, Bennie H. Begay, Grandchildren; Cheyenne, Adam, Nakoa, Sierra, Daniel, Jacob, Emmy, Emery, and Elleana.  Brothers, Gary H Begay, Jack H. Begay, Larry H. Begay and Manuel H. Begay.

He was preceded in death by Mother, Etta (Yazzie) Begay; brother, Woodrow H. Begay and sister, Nizba A. Begay

Danny enjoyed watching western movies, leather work, making wallets, belts, and other things. He also enjoyed beadwork and making dreamcatchers. In his healthier years he liked riding his bike, being outside and building things.

Friends will be received at the Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, OH on Tuesday, June 28th, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday June 29th at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery.
