Private family services were held for David Derk, 61, of Perry.

Mr. Derk passed away on March 24, 2020 at Lake West Hospital.

He was born in Perry to Ernest and Rose and lived in Willoughby and Perry most of his life.

David was a graduate of Perry High School and worked at Lockie Lee Dairy in Painesville and at USA Management in Willoughby.  He loved to camp and garden.

Survivors include his mother, Rose; sisters,Theresa (Joe), Roseanne and Diane; brother, Michael (Sylvia), and many relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest and sister, Karen.

Arrangements were made by Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home.
