David Michael Rodio, 73, passed away on October 24, 2015 at the University Hospital in Cleveland. A Painesville, Ohio resident, David was born on November 5, 1941 in the Little Italy Neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio.

David retired in 2000 as a Bricklayer for Local 16 in Mentor, and Local 5 in Cleveland.

He served six years in the Army National Guard with the 107th BN., 1st Calvary Division in Cleveland, Ohio.

David was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Fairport Harbor, Ohio. He enjoyed Hunting, Fishing, Golfing, spending time with his Grandchildren, and his dog, Taz

He is survived by his wife Rosemary Ann (Rufin) Rodio, whom he married August 4, 1962; Children Paul D. (Kim Geith) Rodio of Denver, Colorado, Mark S. (Beth Germane) Rodio of Strongsville, Ohio, David G. (Kim Tippie) Basile of North Royalton, Ohio; Grandchildren, Ashley, Mitchell, Nicholas, Christopher, Devin, Cameron, and Nathan; Brother, Kenneth (Janet) Rodio of Mentor, Ohio

Preceded in death by his Parents Dominic and Christine (Lucarelli) Rodio

In lieu of a wake and funeral, the Family will hold a "Celebration of Life" on Sunday, December 20th at noon. The Mass will take place at St. Anthony Padua Church 521 Plum Street Fairport Harbor, Ohio 44077
