A gathering of friends and family to celebrate the life of Dawn Lynn Cleavenger, age 50, will be from 4-7 pm Friday at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Ave. Painesville. Committal Services will take place at Woodsdale Memorial Park in Grafton, West Virginia.

A Painesville resident and formerly of Grafton, WV, she was born on March 8, 1965 in Painesville. Dawn passed away on Sept. 15, 2015 at David Simpson Hospice in Cleveland.

She graduated from Thomas W. Harvey High School, class of 1983

Dawn enjoyed crocheting, all types of crafts, fishing, beachcombing, cooking, garage sales, flea markets, relaxing on her porch and the time she spent caring for her dogs.

Soul mate and partner, Kevin Ball of Painesville Parents, Dale and Florence (Melnyk) Cleavenger of Grafton, WV Brother, Kevin Cleavenger, WV aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and cousins also survive.
