Denise F. (Barstow) Brewer, age 58, passed away February 2, 2021 at Tri Point Medical Center in Concord Township.   She was born June 11, 1962 in Painesville to David and Jeannine (Phelps) Barstow.

Denise was a 1980 graduate of Harvey High School and was a member of First Baptist Church in Painesville.  She worked for Volk Optical in Mentor for many years.  She enjoyed camping, spending time with her family and was a faithful Green Bay Packers fan.  She was also a Jon Bon Jovi fan and loved listening to his music.

Denise is survived by her husband, Terry Brewer; son, Nick Hilborn; daughter, Michelle (Nate) Fairchild; grandchildren, Isaiah and Chloe; mother, Jeannine Barstow; sister, Bonnie (Joseph) Crim; and step-son, TJ.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Friends will be received 4:00-6:00 PM, Thursday, February 4, 2021 at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, OH.

Private graveside services will be held at a later date.
