Dennis A. Densmore, age 69, passed away March 28, 2022, in Ashtabula, Ohio.  He was born May 19, 1952, in Painesville to Ralph and Phyllis (Ford) Densmore.

Dennis served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, stationed in Korea from 1971 – 1973.  He was a part-time volunteer firefighter for the Painesville Township Fire Department in the early eighties and he worked for Lubrizol as a chemical operator for many years.

Dennis enjoyed volunteering for many organizations, gambling, and hanging at the VFW with his wife, Lou Ann, and their friends.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Lou Ann (Bancroft) Densmore; daughters, Heather (Roy) Harris, Tammy Densmore, Beth (Mitch) May; step-daughter, Michelle Love; sister, Linda Densmore; grandchildren, Dylan Dennis, Hayley, Journee, Briana, Connor, and Kaleb; step-grandchildren, Bailey and Jalynn.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Debbie (Kostelnik) Densmore; second wife, Patti (Hamilton) Densmore; sister, Sherry Berry; and his parents.

Friends will be received 4:00 – 6:00 PM, Friday, April 1, 2022, at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, April 2nd at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Perry Cemetery.
