Donald James Klosterman, age 58, passed away June 6, 2026, at his residence in Perry Township. He was born April 29, 1968, in Painesville to Larry P. Klosterman and Sandra (Van Vorhes) Klosterman.

Donald was an electrician and worked for Kelloggs and Owens Corning, and most recently had his own car repair shop. He enjoyed working on cars and NASCAR racing.

He also enjoyed spending time with his family.

Donald is survived by his mother, Sandra Klosterman, and his brother, Timothy Michael Klosterman; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father Larry P. Klosterman; his aunt, Pamela Van Vorhes Hanko; and his grandparents, Edward and Angela Krischstein and Ann and Ralph Klosterman.

Friends will be received 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 AM, Friday, June 12, 2026, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Perry Cemetery following funeral service.
