Dorothy Morris, age 93, passed away September 18, 2022, at her residence in Fairport Harbor.   She was born January 27, 1929, in Jefferson, Ohio to Nelson and Jessie (Johns) Farr.

Dorothy was a homemaker and was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Painesville.   She enjoyed boating and camping. She loved doing ceramics, doll making, crocheting, needlepoint, and china painting.

Dorothy is survived by her son, David Morris (Amy); daughters, Myrtle Randa (Art), Christina Townsend, Kareen Angeloff and Sandra Beshara; grandchildren, Donna Craver-Dean (Erin), Rod Craver (Sherri), Jim Babcock (Michelle), Jessica Jewitt (Eric), Stephanie Gildersleeve (Denver), Brian Fishbaugh (Dani), Brooke Rose (Gregg), Faith Wise (Michael), Matthew Randa (Meredith), Marie Shinkle (Tim), T.J. Braessler, Josh Morris, Chris Morris, and Scott Townsend (Amber); great grandchildren, Eden, Michael (Adrionna), Jaclyn, Steven, Clay, Sage, Leah, Hunter, Zack, Zari, Harleigh, Destiny, Olivia, Sy, Josh, Mercie, Felicity, Maxwell, Jude, Eve, Trey, Mackenzie, Jonathan, Raven, Star, Michael, Tristin, Bentley, and Lily; great-great grandchildren, Draven, Zander, Eziekel and Kinsley.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rodney Morris in 2008, sons, George Russell Jr., Lloyd Morris, and George Morris, and her parents.

Funeral Services will be 12:00 PM, Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Zion Lutheran Church, 508 Mentor Avenue, Painesville.  Friends will be received 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, before services at the church.  Graveside Services will be 11:00 AM, Monday, September 26, 2022, at Oakdale Cemetery in Jefferson.

The family would like to thank Miracle City Hospice and Bright Star for all their loving care in Dorothy's last months.
