Mass of Christian Burial for Dorothy (Meeks) Spivak will be Monday, August 22, 2016 at 9:30 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church, 242 N. State Street, Painesville.   Family and friends may call from 2:00 to 5:00 PM Sunday, August 21 at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, OH.  Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

Born on January 12, 1938 in Washington, PA.  she passed away August 18, 2016 at the David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland.

Dorothy was retired from AA Importing where she worked as a receptionist.

She was a member of the Bible Study Group at St. Mary Catholic Church. She was also a member of the E. O. U. V. Club.

She is survived by her sons, Thomas Spivak, Robert (Tina) Spivak and Frank Spivak.

Grandchildren, Jason Spivak and Ashley Spivak.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, William, who passed away in 2003, brother, Harry Meeks and sister,Shirley Schultz
