Mass of Christian Burial for Edith H. (Borrelli) Elia, age 102, will be 10:00 am Friday at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church 8560 Mentor Ave. Mentor. Friends will be received from 6-8 pm Thursday at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Ave. Painesville. Mrs. Elia passed away February 28, 2016 at Starkey Place in Painesville.

Edith was a lifelong resident of Lake County and graduated from Andrews School in Willoughby. Her hobbies included sewing and reading.

She is survived by son, David A. Elia of Avondale, AZ, Daughter, Marilyn R. Cameron Grandchildren, Tony (Mishelle) Elia of Cuyahoga Falls, Brett Cameron, Rhonda Cameron, and Lisa Wilson of Tolleson, Arizona.

Her surviving siblings are Cecilia(Hugh) Gorman and Lillian Filippi. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren James Cameron, Taylor Wilson, Devont'e Wilson, and Laura Wilson of Tolleson, AZ, and also one great-great grandchild Destiny.

She was preceded in death by her husband Dave O. Elia, son Bradley Elia, and parents Chris and Lucy Borrelli. She was also preceded in death by grandsons David Cameron and Ronald Cameron.
