Funeral services for Edward Hrwatzki, age 73, will be 11:00 am Thursday at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Ave. Painesville where family and friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery. A Concord Twp. Resident, Edward was born on November 4, 1942 in Leoben, Austria and passed away on September 11, 2016 at his home.

Edward, who was an avid Cleveland sports fan, retired from the Ford Motor Company, Brook Park Plant, he served in the US Army in Viet-Nam, he enjoyed BMW bike rallies, Nascar, fishing, and riding his motorcycle.

He is survived by, his wife, Bonnie (Jennings) Hrwatzki, whom he married on June 26, 1965; children, Dave (Fiance Laura O'Rourke) Hrwatzki of Painesville; Mike (Mary) Hrwatzki of Concord Twp.;and Greg (Charlene) Hrwatzki of Mentor; grandchildren, Marissa, Alex, Nick, Kylee, Tyler, Katie, Chelsie, Eddie and Sean; great grandson Brayden; and brother Albert Hrwatzki of Geneva. Several nieces and nephews also survive

Preceded in death by; parents, Albert and Maria (Hainz) Hrwatzki; brother, Franz; and grandson Johnny.
