Funeral services for Eldon S. Coe, age 71, will be 11:00 am Wednesday at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Ave. Painesville with Rev. David Roberts of the Lake Church of Christ officiating. Friends will be received from 10:00 am to 11:00 am Wednesday at the funeral home.

A lifetime Painesville resident, Eldon was born on March 9, 1943 in Kirtland. He passed away on December 20, 2014 at Homestead II Nursing Home in Painesville.

A 1962 graduate of Harvey High School, Eldon served in the US Navy

He worked for the former Teledyne-Oster Mfg. Co. in Willoughby, he also was employed for Evans Adhesive Co, and retired from Topps Grocery Store in Painesville.

Eldon was an avid baseball fan
