Elizabeth "Betty" J. Matsko age 94 of Mentor passed away October 14, 2022 at her home with both of her children by her side. She was born on May 12, 1928 in Utahville PA, a daughter of the late John and Susan Kollar.

Betty was employed for 30 years at TRW retiring in 1985.  She enjoyed cooking family recipes from scratch, gardening, and traveling.  She loved nature and watching the seasons change.  She liked to go out to eat, especially for a steak dinner.   Her greatest enjoyment came from spending time with her family.

She is survived by her son David Matsko and daughter Mary Hurley, grandchildren Connor and Shaelin Hurley.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert, parents, and seven brothers and three sisters; John, Paul, Edward, Emery, Stephen, Martin, and  Joseph Kollar; Mary Holobinko, Helen Finch and Margaret Finch.

Private graveside services were held at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Township
