Ellen G. Ball, 86, of Concord Township, passed away July 2, 2018 at Tri Point Medical Center.  Private graveside services will be held at Concord Cemetery.

Ellen was born August 28, 1931 in Rowan, North Carolina to Alexander Richard and Emma (Barnhill) Brown.

She was a member of the Leroy Garden Club and enjoyed gardening, baking, crafting and canning.

Ellen is survived by her sons, Jeffrey Ball, Gregory Ball; daughter, Debbie Moorefield; sisters, Mazie Haskell and Ida Scroppo; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carless Wayne Ball in 1997; son, Darrell Miller; and her parents and four siblings
