Services for Evelyn M. Werbeach age 97 of Painesville will be 6:30 PM, Monday, June 4, 2018 at St. James Episcopal Church Chapel, 131 North State St. Painesville.  Rev. Vanessa B. Clark will officiate.  Family and friends may call at the church from 5:30 – 6:30 PM.   The family will also receive friends at the church after the service.  Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Painesville.

Evelyn was the daughter of Hugo and Ethel Josephine (Nenno) Torre.  She was born February 13, 1921 in Fairport Harbor and passed away May 31, 2018 at Tri Point Medical Center in Concord Township.

Evelyn was a longtime member of St. James Episcopal Church, where she was part of the Daughters of the King, and St. Margaret's groups at the church.  Evelyn was a tirelessly dedicated executive secretary for Eltech Sytems (Denora Tech) for 35 years.  She was a graduate of Fairport Harding High School, Spencerian Business College in Cleveland, and she attended Lakeland Community College.

Evelyn is survived by her beloved daughter, Nancy Jean Kimball; son, Marc Alan (Nancy) Werbach; grandchildren, Matthew (Ann) Werbach and Melissa (Brian) Sahnd; great grandchildren, Ernest Werbach, and Howard, Marilyn and Clara Sahnd; and her brother, Joseph William Torre.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Albert Werbeach and her parents.  Ernest and Evelyn were married on June 27, 1944.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Evelyn's name to St. James Episcopal Church, Painesville.
