Ezra L. Land

Ezra L. Land, age 69, passed away August 5, 2026, at his residence in Mentor. He was born November 20, 1956, in Pennington Gap, Virginia to James Ralph Land and Marie (Ely) Land.

Ezra worked for Mag-Nif, Inc. in Mentor for many years.

His hobbies included bowling, being on his computer, gaming on the Atari System and Play Station. Ezra also enjoyed watching old sit-coms and old cartoons, such as Sanford & Son, Little Rascals, Three Stooges, Yogi Bear, Huckleberry Hound, and Foghorn Leghorn.

Ezra loved spending time with his mom while listening to Southern gospel music. He helped take care of her, her last eight years. He also enjoyed spending time and playing with his younger nieces and nephews.

Ezra is survived by his sisters, Charlotte (Hank) Williams, Sharon Kramer, and Patti Foti; brothers, Curt (Sue) Land, Dennie (Brenda) Land and Joey (Patrice) Land; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers-in-law, Martin A. Muha and David Kramer and nephew Jayden Stapleton.

Friends will be received 5:00-8:00 PM, Monday, August 10, 2026, at East Heisley Church of God, 5544 East Heisley Road, Mentor, Ohio. Funeral Services will also be at the Church on Tuesday, August 11th at 11:00 AM. Burial will be at Mentor Cemetery.
