Funeral Services for Gordon Ashmore, age 89, will be Monday at 8:00pm at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Ave. Painesville, where friends will be received from 6:00 to 8:00pm.

Gordon was born on March 7, 1925 in Thomasville Georgia and passed away on July 3, 2014 peacefully at his home in Mentor.

Gordon worked at Cleveland Crane and Engineering and was an avid reader, and enjoyed camping and music.

Mr. Ashmore is survived by, his wife Martha (Byler) Ashmore

Sons, Tim of Ft. Lauderdale Fl. and Mark.

Daughter, Debbie (Harry "Butch") Beasley of Peyton Colorado

Grandchildren, Cory (Christine) Beasley and Betsy Beasley And Great Grandchild, Claire all of Peyton Colorado

Preceded in death by, Parents John and Louise (Vokuhn) Ashmore Brother, John H. Ashmore
