Funeral services for Hazel (Breeden) Workman, age 85, Will be 11:00 AM Monday at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Ave. Painesville, where friends will be received from 2-4, 6-8 PM Sunday. Burial will be at Mentor Cemetery.

Hazel Passed away on September 3, 2014 at the David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland.

A 47 year Fairport Harbor resident, she was born May 13, 1929 in Kinderhook Virginia.

She enjoyed Blue Grass Music at the Fairport Senior Center, gambling. She was very proud to see all her children and grandchildren graduate from high school. The holidays were her favorite time because she knew all her family would be together, family was the most important part of her life. She retired from Avery Dennison in Painesville after many years of service
