Holly Jo Wengerd, a resident of Broadfield Care Center in Madison, passed away peacefully at Tri-Point Medical Center March 14, 2017.

Holly was born April 30, 1957 to Robert and Mildred (Webster) Wengerd of Wooster, Ohio.

She attended Broadmoor School and worked for Deepwood Industries and Creative Learning Workshop in Geneva.

Holly is survived by her sisters, Bobbie McArthur and Jerri (Mike) Warmuth; nephews, David (Laura) McArthur, Thomas (Sara) Warmuth, Mark (Darcie) Warmuth; nieces, Lisa (Paul) Underwood, Julie (Frank) Szeker, Jodi McArthur; many great-nieces and great nephews.

The family would like to thank the caregivers and staff of Broadfield Care Center for their love and care of Holly for 30 years.  They would also like to thank the staff of Tri-Point Medical Center and Hospice of the Western Reserve.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made, in Holly's memory, in care of the family.  Donations will be contributed in her memory to organizations selected by the family.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
