Services for Howard "Rich" Arnold age 83 of Mentor will be Wednesday 11:00 am at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens 11521 Chillicothe Rd. Chesterland Ohio, family and friends may call from 5-8 pm Tuesday at the Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Ave. Painesville
Born October 14, 1931 in Cumberland MD he moved to Cleveland in 1955 then came to Mentor in 1963 Passed away May 2, 2015 at Tri Point Medical Center in Concord Twp.
Rich was a tallyman in the lumber industry for 50 years He served in the US Army in Korea where he was awarded a Purple Heart and Bronze Star. He was a Charter Member of AMVETS Post 40 and was instrumental in building the post. Rich was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need and was known for his generosity and sense of humor Survivors: Daughters, Mary (Wayne) Anderson

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Bell, son Howard, grandsons Kenny and Robbie, brothers Russ and Lloyd and sister Edna Duckworth and his parents John and Vernie Arnold
