Ilona Heidi French, age 56, passed away April 28, 2019 at her residence in Fairport Harbor.  She was born October 15, 1962 in Cleveland to Laszlo and Gisela (Raasch) Gasztonyi.

Heidi attended Lakeland Community College.  Heidi was a cosmetologist for many years.  She enjoyed the arts and music including painting. Heidi shared a love for flowers, especially in the spring time when all the flowers are in bloom.  Heidi was loved so much by her family and will be missed.  She is survived by her husband, Richard E. French; mother, Gisela Gasztonyi; daughters, Emily H. French and Kirsten Beltran; her brother Laszlo R. Gastonyi; sisters, Babette Kucera and Monika Gasztonyi. She was preceded in death by her father, Laszlo Gasztonyi.
