Mass of Christian Burial for Irene C. Janos will be 10: 30 AM Monday, February 13th at St. Cyprian Catholic Church, 4223 Middle Ridge Road, Perry.  Family and friends may call 3 – 6 PM Sunday, February 12th, at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville.  Rosary will be offered Sunday at 2:30 PM. Burial will be in Perry Cemetery.

Born September 3, 1929 in Smock, PA., she passed away February 10, 2017.

Irene was a graduate of Harvey High School, Class of 1948.  She was an office worker for various companies for many years, was a waitress at Tilson's Diner in Painesville and other restaurants in the area, and was also a volunteer at the Cleveland Sight Center.  Irene was also a member of the Legion of Mary.

She is survived by her brothers, John (Vera) Janos, Stephen Janos and George (Joan) Janos; sister, Joan Theresa (Bill) James; sisters-in-law, Janice Janos, and Margaret Janos; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews, and godmother of four.

Irene was preceded in death by her parents, Paul Sr. and Anna Janos; sisters Anna Janos and Mary Janos; brothers, Paul Janos Jr., Edward Janos Sr., Frank Janos, and one niece.
