A Celebration of Life for John L. "Jack" Morris, 68, will be Thursday February 22,2018 at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio.  Family and friends may call 5-8 at the funeral home.

Jack was born March 7, 1949 in Painesville and passed away February 15, 2018 at his residence in Kirtland surrounded by family.

Jack received an Associates Degree from Marietta College.  He was self-employed and was the owner/operator of Finders Private Utility Locator LLC.

He enjoyed reading, golf, and was an enthusiastic Cleveland Indians fan.

Jack is survived by his sisters, Marcia (Jeffrey) Erb, Gretchen (Terry) Sines, Nanci (Robert) Herman and Heidi (Frank) Leonbruno;  nineteen nieces and nephews and his dog, Moki.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara (Allen) Morris; parents, John and Leah (Huber) Morris; and his brother, Gregory Morris, nephew Adam Erb, and great-nephew Owen Sines.
