Jacob Padilla-Ornelas passed away April 22, 2026 at University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. He was born February 2, 2002 in Painesville to Jose Luis Padilla and Maria I. Ornelas Padilla.
Jacob is survived by his brothers, Christian Padilla-Ornelas, Luis Alberto Padilla-Ornelas, and his parents. He was preceded in death by his brother Cesar Ivan Padilla-Ornelas in 2024.
Calling hours will be held May 1, 2026 from 5:00PM - 7:00PM at St. Mary Catholic Church, 242 North State Street, Painesville, Ohio 44077. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 7:00 PM.
BuriaL will be at St. Mary Cemetery in Painesville on Saturday, May 2, 202 6 at 12:00 Noon.
