Jacqualyn M. Hudak, age 79, passed away peacefully, December 11, 2020 at her residence in Concord Township.  She was born August 5, 1951 in Hudson, North Carolina to George and Stella (Sanford) Carroll.

Jacqualyn lived in Leroy Township before moving to Concord Township in 1997.  She was a teacher for the Mentor Public School System, at Mentor Middle School for many years and taught at St. Mary School in Painesville.  Jacqualyn also taught a Silver Sneakers class at the YMCA.

She is survived by her sons, Ronald (Sarah) Hudak Jr. of Willoughby and Jon (Karen) Hudak of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren, Kevin Hudak and Ethan Hudak; brothers, George "Butch" (Linda) Carroll and Joel (Kathy) Carroll, both of Hudson, North Carolina; sisters, Dryna (Eddie) Raines of Atlanta, Georgia, Kathy Kim of Hickory, North Carolina and Laura Carroll of Hudson, North Carolina.

Jacqualyn was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald M. Hudak in 2014; parents; brother, Roderick Carroll and sister, Mary Desma.
