James A. Welker Jr. passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 16, 2021.  He was born on April 23, 1975 in Madison, OH.

Jim graduated from Madison High School in 1994.  He was a huge Cleveland Indians and Browns fan.  He enjoyed fishing, going to the movies with his mom and spending time with his niece and nephew.

Jim is survived by his mother Rebecca Potts; sister, Jessica (Erik) Rathbun; niece, Ella and nephew, Ethan; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father James A. Welker Sr of W. VA; his maternal grandparents, William and Lucille Potts; aunt, Cindy Potts; paternal grandparents, Cora and Phillip Welker; aunts, Corlene and Carlene Welker.

A Memorial Mass will be held  10:00 AM Saturday, April 10, 2021 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church,  316 Fifth Street, Fairport Harbor, Ohio.  Friends will be received one hour before the mass from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM at the Church.
