James W. "Willie" Yeary passed away peacefully at his residence in Mentor on October 14, 2020.  He was born April 3,1970 in Painesville to James D. and Mary (Jordan) Yeary.

Willie was a machinist and worked for several local machine shops throughout his career.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a loyal Miami Dolphins fan for many years. He especially loved camping with his family in Tionesta, PA.

He is survived by his wife, Christine (McGregor) Yeary; daughters, Sarah (Adam Spotts) Yeary and Amanda Yeary; mother, Mary Robertson; nephews, Ryan Yeary, Jesse Yeary; nieces, Brandi Gattarello, Rachael Yeary, Katie Yeary and Shakota Yeary.

Willie was preceded in death by his father, James D. Yeary and his brothers, Jimmy Yeary and David Yeary; grandparents James B. Yeary, Edna Fern Yeary and Ada Jordan.

Willie was a loving father and husband who was proud to put family first. We are deeply saddened and heartbroken that we did not have more time with him.

Funeral Services will be held at 7:00 PM, Thursday, October 22, 2020 at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio.  Friends will be received 5:00-7:00 PM before services, at the funeral home.
