Funeral services for Janet D. Aitken, age 82, will be 6:00 pm Wednesday at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Ave. Painesville, where friends will be received from 4:00 to 6:00pm Wednesday.

A Concord Twp. resident, Janet was born on May 14, 1933 in Buffalo, NY and passed away on May 12, 2016 at UHHS Geauga Regional Hospital.

She retired as a School Teacher for Williamsville School District in Buffalo NY. She enjoyed playing bridge and solving crossword puzzles.

A person who enjoyed everyone, especially her family, is survived by, husband, Philip, whom she married on August 8, 1959, Sons, Doug (Elise) Aitken, Jeff (Brandy) Aitken,

daughter Kathleen Aitken, Daughter-in-Law, Ramona Aitken, grandchildren, Jordan, Stephanie, Roxanna, Josephine, and Max Aitken, Sister, Doris (Nelson) Eckhart

Interment will be in Concord Cemetery
