Funeral Services for Jean M. Ziegler will be 1:30 PM, Friday December 1, 2017 at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio.

Family and friends may call from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, Friday December 1, 2017.  Interment will be in Mentor Cemetery.

Jean was born September 7, 1929 in East Cleveland to Ralph F. and Louella (Gray) Niles and passed away November 27, 2017 at Brookdale of Mentor.

Jean was a graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Art.  She was a founding member of The Creative Artists Association of Lake County.  She was a member of Painesville United Methodist Church.  Also, she was an active member of the Mentor Senior Center for many years.

She is survived by her daughters, Alison Nedel of Mentor and Stephanie (William) Kolbe of Fultonville, NY; Grandchildren Joseph, William, Stephen, Jennifer, and Anastasia.  Also, great-grandchildren Mason, Iria, Jack, and Grace.

Jean was preceded in death by her husband Don in 1994; and her parents.
